Internet Radio - Setting the Encoder up Correctly

You have spent days ,weeks even months setting up your internet radio station. Everything is ready to go and you begin to set up your encoder ...all of a sudden, confusion sets in. What do these settings mean? Your stream provider supplies you with parameters to enter into your radio automation software to enable live broadcaster. You first must make sure that you understand "what goes where." If you're confused, contact you stream provider, send a snapshot of the encoder screen on your automation software and let them tell you the correct coding.

I once had a terrible time connecting because I didn't understand what the "administrator password was." I tried everything until I contacted my stream provider. Don't waste time, if you can't connect, contact your stream provider.

Good luck on your first, live internet radio broadcast!
