Listening to Traditional Radio At the Beach, A Thing of The Past!
When I grew up, everyone took portable or transistor radio's with them at the beach. It was a beach necessity. While I was at the beach the other day, I purposely looked around to see if anyone, anyone at all had a radio with them and there was not one single person. Listening to music the traditional way has become a thing of the past.
People now rely on their smartphones or tablets to hear or see their favorite songs performed. There are thousands of apps that play almost any radio station in the world. When I was young I would play around with the radio at the beach to hear the local stations.
Today, I comfortably sit on the beach using my smartphone and a pair of bluetooth headphones to hear Edgewater Gold Radio or any other station I choose as clear as a bell. As the song says "no static at all!"
