Billy Joel Adds Another Show At Madison Square Garden


Billy Joel has announced that he has added another show as part of his record-breaking residency at Madison Square Garden on Thanksgiving Eve this year. The November 23 show will mark Joel's 85th monthly and 131st lifetime show at The Garden.

Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (MSGE) said that the legendary musician added a new show to his record-breaking residency due to overwhelming demand from fans.

Citi card members will have first access to presale tickets from June 20 at 10 AM ET through June 23 at 10 PM ET via Verizon Up members will have access to purchase presale tickets beginning June 21 at 10 AM ET through June 23 at 10 PM ET through the customer loyalty program Verizon Up.

Tickets will be available for purchase by the general public beginning at 10 AM ET on June 24 via

Tickets will also be available at the Madison Square Garden box office on June 25. Prices range from $69.50 to $165.50.

In December 2013, Joel was named Madison Square Garden's first-ever music franchise. The record-breaking residency began in January 2014 with Joel playing one show every month at The Garden.

Joel says he will continue to play at the world-famous arena "as long as the demand continues."

One of the biggest crowd pullers in music concerts, Joel has sold 150 million records over the past quarter century. Having scored 33 consecutive Top 40 hits, Joel ranks as one of the most popular recording artists.
